Is shipping free?
Absolutely. So now place your order, sit back, relax and enjoy and let us do the rest of the work.
Where all do you ship?
We ship almost anywhere within the continental United States.
In how many days will I receive my order?
Please allow us 5-10 business days to deliver your order to your doorstep. In certain circumstances, we may not have control over shipping times and there could be delays. In such cases, please bear with us as we work on ironing out those delays.
Why do I have to sign upon delivery?
That's because our shoes are one of a kind and limited in number so the last thing we want is you not receiving your exclusive pair.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this point, we do not offer expedited shipping but we love to make magic happen for our clients. If you need shoes ASAP, email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to work something out for you. In some cases, we might note be able to help but be assured we will try our best.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, currently we do not ship outside of the 48 contiguous states, in short, we only ship within the United States but stay tuned and we will let you know as soon as we launch international shipping.
Can I return?
Sure, you can. We love our clients and want to see you happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return the unworn product within 14 days of the delivery date. Since the products we make are artisanal, hand finished and limited in quantities, all we request is for you to try on the shoes on a soft surface such as a carpet so that we can sell the shoes again.

Yes, indeed, return shipping is free provided you did not take up our "Waive free return shipping and get 10% discount off your entire purchase" offer.

We love indulging our clients and decided there is no reason why our clients should get discounts only off their first purchase and not on each and every purchase. By accepting this offer, you waive free return shipping. What this means is if you need to return your products, then you pay for return shipping... that's all. This way we pass on our savings to you and it's a win-win for all of us.
When will I get refunded?
After we receive your product, please allow 2-3 days for us to process your refund. In most cases, it takes 3-5 days for refunds to be reflected in your account so all in, give the money around 5-7 business days to be back in your account.
